The Erosion of Memory

film/memory workshop experiments

These images capture the possibilities of water and time. The metaphorical implication of water, time, consistently flows and and erases memories to rust, covering up a long and forgotten past. When we look back on the paths we have taken through life, the metaphorical ladders that enabled us to ascend to bigger and better things, are quickly rusting behind us, blocking the link to our memories that we have subconsciously 'screened'. We eventually end up drifting onto the shore of memories, a timeless place where we can return to save our dissolving footprint that was left by us since youth.
